Hi,
I have also noticed recently that my template automatically reverts to default sometimes and I have to log in to the admin panel and change it back.
Why would this be happening?

PritloggerThe template would only revert back to "default" if it cannot find the theme that was selected previously. If this directory gets renamed or moved, then this problem might come. If you are able to recreate this problem, please let me know the steps and I will look into this.
