This is a bug fix release.
Here are the changes:
* About block can now handle multi line data.
* Deleting comment resulted in showing a page not found. This is fixed.
* Page entries will not have option for comments. This will enable a CMS like operation.
* The default login session timeout has been changed to never timeout. This can be changed in the admin panel.

hi , i'm tried and I have comment:
- you know, my language has acute and it can't display, it display chứng, when i wrote this : chứng (can you fix it?)
- when i wrote the title too long, it inconvenient to display link like this /index.php/posts/00001/ch--7913-ng-minh, can you rewrite like this: http://nibbleblog.com/post.php?idpost=1

For SEO (Search Engine Optimization) purposes, it is always better to have /index.php/posts/00001/ch--7913-ng-minh type of URL's instead of '?' marks in them. Also, you can get rid of the index.php from the url if you have mod_rewrite working on your server.
This can be converted into the "?" mark format. I will need to look into this.
Also, I will look into the other problems you reported and get back.

I made an initial fix to the problem with the special characters. Can you check this out and see if this works? You just have to replace your index.php file with this version.

thanks, it worked, but Popular Entries, Title & Category or Tag in the Edit Entry Form hasn't worked,it still display: "ch & #7913; ng"
*P/S: when i typed special characters "chứng minh", the URL displayed: "/index.php/posts/00001/ch--7913-ng-minh", but i want it displayed: "/index.php/posts/00001/chung-minh",
and the URL of tags "/index.php/category/ch%26 %237913%3Bng.minh", i want it display "/index.php/category/chứng.minh"
can you fix it?

From what I have read, the URL's cannot contain accented characters like the ones you want. They have to be urlencoded to work.
I will look into the edit entry form.

Can you give me a list of accented (like ứ) characters that you might be using? I am trying to fix the title. We may need to remove the accent to make it show up correctly.

You should remove the accent to make permalinks show up correctly.
In Wordpress, it successed, you should see this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/nicer-permalinks-for-vietnamese/
