As a test I installed the latest nicEdit on the server yesterday. (on a third test blog) I was hoping it would offer more image-upload possibilities than the nicEdit hosted by http://www.nicedit.com.
The opposite is true, here's a screen shot of the "new entry" page:

Another problem was I couldn't actually submit the post ("Add entry"). But that could be because I made a mistake somewhere..
