I had seen this once earlier and even played around with it. But, it looked too simple for me. But today I tried it again and one interesting thing I found is that they do themes and also claim to do plugins. And the overall size of the download (uncompressed) is 87 KB. I think this is great.
It is based on flat files and may not have all the features available in Pritlog, but still an option for minimalists.
