Has some mandatory stuff that should not be removed.</li> <li><strong>main.tpl</strong> -&gt; This file has the overall layout of the rest of the page.</li> <li><strong>css/*</strong> -&gt; All the CSS files for the template. Main is style.css</li> </ul> <p>Just by modifying these files, you will be able to create a new template. Most of the templates may not need additional modifications.</p> <p>If you want to modify every small detail of the template, only then you will have to look at the template files in the <strong>blocks</strong> folder.
