Keep your savefile for your system stuff, Apps, things like that. Keep your photos,music , videos, and projects stuff outside the save file.If you only have one partition on the drive where the savefile is you can access all of your stuff in /mnt/home . The thing is the bigger the save file the longer it takes to load up and shutdown.
