			<description>&#60;p&#62;I just started using Macpup Opera on a laptop- and liked it enough to do a full install on the HD.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;One question- &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is there a way to configure things so the arrows on a scroll bar are placed together at the bottom, like OS X?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Especially with a laptop and a little scroll pad, if you want to switch from scrolling up to scrolling down, it's much easier to move the cursor a few mm to change directions instead of going all the way from the top to the bottom of the scroll bar.
