			<description>&#60;p&#62;Just a heads up on Firefox 3.6 and Java. The old java plugin libjavaplugin_oji.so won't work anymore for Firefox 3.6 and up. It is still OK for Seamonkey 1.18 and Seamonkey 2.0. Also Firefox 3.5 and Iceweasel 3.5. Only Firefox 3.6 is affected.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My post below at&#60;br /&#62;
&#60;a href=&#34;http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=52011&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=52011&#60;/a&#62;&#60;br /&#62;
explains what I did to fix it in Puppy 4 Dingo. I just got through fixing this in Macpup Foxy also. In Foxy all I had to do was open 2 rox file managers. In one of em. I manuvered to /usr/java/lib/i386/libnpjp2.so. In the 2nd file manager go to/usr/lib/firefox/plugins/libjavaplugin_oji.so&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Delete the libjavaplugin_oji.so from the /usr/lib/firefox/plugins folder.&#60;br /&#62;
Then drag and drop libnpjp2.so from /usr/java/lib/i386 folder into /usr/lib/firefox/plugins folder and symlink it. Close everything. Go Test your Java. You will get a message that you don't have the latest and greatest. But the plugin is installed. This works for java jre6u10 on up. If any typos. I am still half blind yet. And I am posting on my little Asus with my big fingers. Happy Trails, Rok.
